The Sweet Life with Chris Xaver
Food is equated with celebration
But for those trying to either watch their weight or their blood sugar celebrating with food is either “forbidden” or disappointing! Often times, sugar-free recipes are tasteless and lackluster. It doesn’t have to be that way! In fact, done right, eating well is a pleasure for both your taste buds and physique.
Chris’ recipes taste just like the foods we have either grown up loving, or learned to love in our favorite restaurants, but are made without all the sugar/carbs/excess fat, etc. And unless you kiss and tell, no one…not your friends or family…will know they’re eating healthier. They certainly won’t feel deprived!
