Sautéed Red Cabbage

 

1 head red cabbage sliced thin
3 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
1-2 TBSP of brown sugar+1-2 TBSP sucralose

Swirl light olive oil in a large skillet and heat over med high heat. Add cabbage. Allow it to wilt. Once wilted, add 3 TBSP red wine vinegar. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. (If pan dries—do not add more oil, splash with water ) Cook for about 15 min or until cabbage is tender. Sprinkle on a tsp or 2 of brown sugar /sucralose to balance the acid. (taste)
